I am fascinated by this era of men’s tennis and the interplay between the likes of Roger Federer, Rafael Nadal, Novak Djokovic and Andy Murray. They are all elite athletes, competing equally with one another, and yet they are all different.

How do we maintain our own individuality when building and maintaining a good working relationship with another person?
